[gtkada] Ok I am having problems

Hi all,

I finally got all the link problems resolved and am trying to get my
once "X" application to run on "GDK".  There were a lot of similarities
in the coding style, thank goodness.  I am currently having problems and
I think it is color related.  I have a window with several subordinate
windows.  When everything finally draws I see one big blue box.  When I
pass another window over this Parent window (expose events happen) I see
the subordinates for a quick moment (as black boxes) and then they
recolor with blue again.  Has anyone experienced this phenomena?

PS: Remember I am strictly using GDK and and GTK.
