[GAP] GPL and AdaGIDE for Vista

GNAT Pro 6.0.2 works OK on Vista (SPARK
toolset now ported and all OK!)

Earlier version of GNAT Pro have problems.
Not sure about any version of the GPL
or GAP editions.
