OK, thanks for submitting this ticket, I'll have a look when I get a chance
and will get back to you.

Other people can also access this ticket via gnattracker btw, so it's
not like we're trying to hide our answers :-) It's just that for this kind
of specific question/bug report, the ticket mechanism is more appropriate
in general.
