[GAP] Use of Ada 2005

We use Ada95 in CS I & II. I have made the Ada2005 compiler available to
students but we have not used any of the new features yet.
I am looking forward to the release of second edition of John McCormick's CS
II text. Once it is available, we may use 2005 in that course.
