I don't think it's a question of people here anxious to have Ada 2005 -
though since I've not asked all the Ada users here that question, I
can't be sure.

Two lecturers preparing to give a course in the new year - which hasn't
been given since last year - asked me whether the GAP 2006 installation
on Linux here implemented features of Ada 2005 and, if so, how much - I
think they wish to know whether they can or should revise their course
notes. I gather - having ploughed back through the archived mails to
this list without the aid of a search facility (it's not as difficult to
do that as I feared, as there isn't as much content as I presumed there
would be) - that GAP's GNAT already does implement some of Ada 2005, but
not all, and not completely correctly. I think that the lecturers will
just stick to Ada '95 again for this year.
