Cyrille suggested I post a message to the GAP community regarding the
following software under development:

1) Ada compiler for Pocket PC using .NET Compact Framework. This
extension of A# (the USAFA adaptation of JGNAT for the .NET Framework)
is scheduled for release NLT 14 November 2004 (when I present on it at
SIGAda)

2) Update of A# to Ada 0Y. Right now, I have managed to interface the
backend of A# with GNAT 5.02a1, which means that I should be able to
support Ada 0Y as ACT implements the new features. "Limited with", and
some anonymous access types have already been implemented in GNAT. Once
AI-318 (returning anonymous access types) and interfaces are working in
GNAT, this should make the Ada specs for the .NET libraries much more
readable.

These will be available (free) from USAFA, and can be posted to the GAP
if there's interest.

We already have the following software distributed from USAFA:

1) AdaGIDE (probably not needed in GAP as ACT now has new GPS).
2) RAPID (GUI interface design tool, with implementations for .NET,
Tcl/Tk)-- similar to GtkAda
3) RAPTOR (flowchart programming environment, demos a combination of C#
and Ada).
4) Adagraph2001 (simple Windows drawing library, modified from Jerry van
Dijk's Adagraph)
5) AdaGOOP (automatically generates OO parsers)
etc.

all from http://www.usafa.af.mil/dfcs/bios/mcc_html/ada_stuff.html

Let me know which things would be interesting to have in the GAP.
