[GAP] Prolearn

I just wanted to make people here aware of the Prolearn European Network 
of Excellence, which might be of some interest to this community, ACT or 
both.

The focus is on "technology-enhanced professional learning". I've made 
University of Porto an associate partner, and I don't mind serving as a 
conduit for preliminary enquiries. I've recently got a Prolearn travel 
grant to attend a conference. Don't know about the other academics in 
this list, but at UP we can use all the support we can get of this kind.
