[GAP] Debugger problem with windows GAP versions

Dear Gap members,

We have received a few reports that the debugger was not working at all
on Windows. This indeed the case when cygwin is not installed on your
machine. If you are in this case, you just have to rename the file
'cyggnat.dll' into 'cygwin1.dll' in the bin directory of the GAP
install. Once this renaming has been done, the debugger becomes fully
functional. 

This workaround has already been used by several GAP members
and appears in the "requests & responses" page (see the last few messages
in D925-002) but since the info is not easy to dig up, I thought
it was worthwhile mentioning it directly to everyone.
