[AWS] [change request] Make AWS.Session.ID'Length configurable

If you want to use the AWS session handling features to 
register authentication information, then I find the current 
entropy content of AWS.Session.ID (65 bit) a bit too small.

It would be nice, if it could be made a configuration 
option, so people using sessions to keep track of user 
authentication can set the length of AWS.Session.ID to match 
their entropy requirements.
