[AWS] Installation guide for AWS on Windows XP

In 2008, I put up an installation guide for AWS on Windows XP, describing 
problems I'd had with "make", Cygwin, etc. and their fixes. The guide also 
shows how I compiled and tested a little test program, including its 
project file. I've now added an appendix to this, doing the same for the 
latest version of Gnat Ada and AWS. This includes mention of the gcc 
compiler problem I've been discussing in the '"This application has 
requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way" message from 
Gnat's copy of gcc' thread. My guide is at
