[AWS] Failed to compile AWS with cygwin

Not really, I have been building AWS on Windows using Cygwin for years
without seeing this problem. It could be a problem with the XMLAda
libraries being corrupted... I would start from scratch. Make sure you
delete all .o, .all and .dll from XML/Ada and AWS build trees (and
clean-up the installed directories: rm -fr <gnatroot>/lib/aws
<gnatroot>/lib/xmlada <gnatroot>/include/aws <gnatroot>/include/xmlada).
