[AWS] Ignore the regex regression email - it's been solved.

I just found this comment in the AWS code:

    --  Register URI to use the specified dispatcher. URI is a regular
    --  expression that must match the ressource requested (with the leading /).

So the fact that \.css$ worked prior to the commit was actually the
"bug" fixed by the commit.

Still I do wonder why we need to match the leading / also?
