On the contrary. If you assign your copyright to AdaCore, then AdaCore
owns your code and can do anything they like with it, even change the
license.  The same is true, I believe, if you release your works to
the public domain, but this is not possible everywhere.

I suggest assigning your copyright to AdaCore.  Pascal has now replied
that this is AdaCore policy anyway.
