[AWS] Cleaned up Cookie package

Hey again,

I've cleaned up the Cookie package:  http://pastebin.com/FNAi9rSk

* Renamed the Cookie.No_Data exception so it doesn't clash with
AWS.Response.No_Data
* Prettied up the Cookie.Get function.

And speaking of the Cookie.Response_Data_Not_Initialized exception, it
appears the AWS.Response.Build function clears whatever headers that
might've been added to the AWS.Response.Data object prior to the call
to Build. Is there a reason for that, or am I missing something
obvious?
