[AWS] A small wrapper for state management

Hello,

I've made a small wrapper for state management (Cookies):

It appears to work as intended, at least it does so when I test it.
I've followed RFC-2109 in regards to tokens and attributes. I tried
implementing RFC-2965, but I quickly found that browser support was,
at best, scarce.

Feel free to use it, if you wish.  :o)
