[AWS] Installation of web_elements

Hallo,
 
My installation so far is:
 
Windows XP, sp3
gnatpro 6.2.2
aws-2.6.1
firefox 3.5.2
 
The installation directories are:
 
c:\opt\GNATPRO\6.2.2
c:\opt\GNATPRO\aws-2.6.1-src\.build\release\static\demos    -- the exes,
e.g. web_elements.exe 
c:\opt\GNATPRO\aws-2.6.1-src\web_elements    -- subdirs icons,
javascript ...
 
I tried to play with the web_elements but failed to install the
necessary files.
I do not understand the explanation in chapter 4.7.1 (Web Elements)
Installation
 
I ran in c:\opt\GNATPRO\aws-2.6.1-src\web_elements 
    make makefile
using cygwin, but that does not help.
 
I start
c:\opt\GNATPRO\aws-2.6.1-src\.build\release\static\demos\web_elements.ex
e by double click on it in an explorer window
I type http://localhost:2400/ in my firefox addressline
 
Nothing happens in the dos window of the web_elements.exe
In the frame of firefox the following Ada exception occurs:
 
Exception name: ADA.IO_EXCEPTIONS.NAME_ERROR
Message: File 'we_library.html' not found.

Where has the copy of the (contents of) the subdirs of
c:\opt\GNATPRO\aws-2.6.1-src\web_elements to go?
Where is we_library.html?
