[AWS] Installation guide for AWS on Windows XP

I've put up a Web page explaining how I installed AWS and managed
to compile and run a demo. It's at
http://www.j-paine.org/installing_aws_for_xp.html . Using a project file
to do so, I overcame the problem with ssl-thin I mentioned in earlier
posts.

Pascal: thanks again for such a useful system. Feel free to do what you
want with the Web page. If you want, you can take my text and edit it, and
keep the result on your site. In that case, I can edit my page so it
points to your version. Or we can keep it on my site if you prefer.
