[AWS] Reuse_Address

Hi,

i'm continuig here the discussion started in the forum about
reuse_address option.

My problem is I got the message when I start the server twice in a few
seconds with a request of a client between:
raised AWS.NET.SOCKET_ERROR : Bind : [98] Address already in use

So I'm ok that's an OS issue, but I'm told to use the reuse_address
option, either in a ini file or as a direct parameter.

I tried both options and failed, there is no such option is the answer I
got. Could you please provide me an example how to use this option in
both ways (.ini or direct parameter).
