[AWS] aws build error

I am trying to use aws in windows.
I installed MSYS and ran make setup in the aws directory.
Then I ran make build it gave me the following error.

....
raised GNAT.AWK.FILE_ERROR : [?? : 0] File ../src/Copy not found
make[1]: *** [build] Error 1
make: *** [gps-build] Error 2


Also I tried to install aws by cygwin but when I tried to run make it gave
me
make:command not found error

I can not managed to proceed further.
