[AWS] problem building AWS

Dear all,.

I have a problem building AWS for windows on Xp,
I have installed cygwin  and I am running make  version  3.81    (GNU)

I have set ADA_PROJECT_PATH  as such
$ export ADA_PROJECT_PATH=C:/cygwin/home/Shyam/AWS-gpl-2.3.0/.build/projects

and also set XMLADA   to true in makefile.conf

I have installed XMLADA under  GNAT\2007 folder

now i am not able to build the AWS  due to this problem, help  please.
