[AWS] Building AWS 1.3 with Gnat 3.14p

Yes probably, and the 3.15p requirement is not a dummy one, you'll have not
only problems to build AWS but some executables will fail to run properly.

You should plan a 3.15p upgrade !

We have never tested AWS with 3.2.
