[AWS] SOAP questions

Hello,

I'm studying the SOAP module and want simply that someone more
experienced confirm some impressions I now have:

* One can only use the predefined types in SOAP.Types. Any type not
there must be splitted or transformed to a string or base64
representation.

* One must obtain elsewhere a Base64 encoder to use that type, since
the constructor takes a String *already* containing the Base64 encoded
data.

* I can't discern any difference between SOAP_Record and SOAP_Array,
except for the constructor name.
