[AWS] Relative links

I apologize for asking something that I have a feeling have been =
answered before, but I have deleted the mail and don=B4t remember the =
exact answer.

I am producing a relative link in AWS 1.3 (WinXP):

<img src=3D"icons/MSO014.png" width=3D"8px" height=3D" 34px" =
alt=3D"29.08.2003: MSO014, 17 tickets">

but no MSO014.png is found even if a have icons as a subdirectory =
(..\HD\icons\) to the directory (..\HD\) where the AWS program is. =
Aren=B4t the relative links relative to the directory where AWS is =
running in?
