[AWS] Can this be done with aws?

I don't know much about aws, so I have only one question that may be
very stupid. I'm looking for a way to connect to my computer through a
net browser using ssh. I know there is a program called mindterm that
runs a java version of ssh, but this only supports ssh 1.x and I need
2.0 besides I would also need to run apache.

Are there any way to have aws running on a machine and use it to login
so I can get an term and check my mail etc when I'm abroad?
