[AWS] (no subject)

Hi i was wondering if anybody could help me,

I am a bit new to AWS and wasnted to know how to do the following:

I wanted to have a form that I could post a numerical value to my server 
into a local variable so that I could perform operations on it then display 
the results back on the web page.

I've been trying this with a modified versions of the demo programs with no 
success.. you help would be greatly appreciated.
