[AWS] AWS Problem

Al,

I was facing this problem when trying to compile
aws-serverices-directory.adb with optimization switch -O2.
It is some problem with GNAT 3.13 optimization.
See the src/makefile of AWS distribution,
there are some modules compiled without optimization becouse of this
problem.

Try to turn off optimization.
