[University] Improvement for Ada cours Packages @Quentin Ochem

Dear All, Hello Quentin Ochem,

Thank you for the very valuable cours about Ada. I’m just finished the leasson for packages and might have an
smal improvement for the cours.

It seems that question 7 would be easier to answer if the following code would be used.

Zero : constant Types.My_Int := 0;
One  : constant Types.My_Int := 1;
Two  : constant Types.My_Int := One + One;
