[PolyORB-users] moving the DSA directory

There is currently no command line or config file option for that.
dsa/ is always created in the current directory. However there is no
constraint as to where sources are located, so you should just be able
to change your current directory to the desired location, and reference
your original source directory and configuration file with full paths.
