I'm not convinced you're using GNAT GPL 2009

This is the exact same bug box you already sent

On x86_64, gcc -v returns gcc version 4.3.4 20090511 for GNAT GPL 2009  
(20090511) (GCC)
So I'm a bit confused by the date and GCC version you show
