[..] it outputs a lot of things .. in fact I was expecting it would 
output the exact line, can you please add

echo $ADA $cline$newname $cfg_pragma_arg

just before the
$ADA $cline$newname $cfg_pragma_arg

line

given this error message, I really suspect a bug with the shell
