Sort of reused, consider downloading PolyORB from the CVS, go to
testsuite/corba/interop/common, you'll see an adaptation of your
client code for omniORB and MICO, and the Makefile for MICO in
testsuite/corba/interop/MICO

No, the issue is closed, with latest wavefront from PolyORB, and
MICO 2.3.11, I get the following
