There exists a limited implementation of it. AFAICT, it lacks most
of QoS policies.

Your latests patches should allow the compilation of the IDL files,
except that some of your other patches related to CCM keywords prevent
the compilation of existing IDL (name clash with EvenType for
instance). 

We should first update the IDL specs.
