Olga,
your problem is coming from the fact that the Makefile is
passing mingw style paths to idlac (path with /). In PolyORB r1.1,
idlac was understanding on windows only path in native windows format
(with \).

This issue has been fixed so I suggest you to download the last snapshot
of PolyORB.
