Ups, forgot that. But:

$linker.exe
mkdir .libs
libtool: link: you must specify an output file
Try `libtool --help --mode=link' for more information.

Besides: other sub-projects have been made. I guess a try a make clean as well 
- If only the MinGW compiler was not so slow...
