Well right, Suse made a pretty poor choice when choosing gvd 2.0.0 (which does
not exist, it's an unstable snapshot).

Get it from cvs, using the branch I indicated. However, there have not been
major changes between 1.2.5 and 1.2.8, which is why there have not been
binary releases.

What about using 1.2.5 if you are not familiar with cvs ?
