[gvd-users] GVD and Windows XP

Hi,

GVD 1.2.5 seems to work OK for me on RedHat. However, when I run it on 
Windows XP I get very odd results. I understand I doesn't run on Win98 
and WinMe, but I can't find any comments about running it on XP.

When I try to open a file the machine is dead for at least 30 seconds, 
and then the open file dialog appears. I select a directory, and get 
another 30 second wait. Each step of the way to reaching my file incurs 
another long wait.

Do I have an odd setup, or does it just not work for anyone?
