[gvd-devel] Font selection bug

If a unicode-font is installed, gvd (1.2.5, latest binaries) uses the
iso10646-registry to output iso8859-encoded text. For obvious reasons, the
result is not readable.

It also does not detect installed fonts (e.g. lucida), even though it's
possible to select -b&h-lucida-medium-r-normal-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-iso8859-1 in
xfontsel.
