It all depends on the version of gdb you are using and on the particular data
structures you are using.

I'd suggest you run gvd --log-level=4 and look at the .gvd/log file
to see if the error comes from gdb or gvd.

If it comes from gvd, we will need a reproducer to understand what is
going wrong.
