[gvd-devel] cannot download gvd 1.2.5 for nt

You did not say where you downloaded gvd from. If you downloaded from
the official site (http://libre.act-europe.fr/gvd), then you should
check your browser configuration, since the file on the server is not damaged,
and thousands of people have successfully downloaded it.

(Note also that I have put a meaningful subject line, this helps keeping
tracking of various discussions on a mailing list).
