[gvd-devel] cannot create config file

Hello,
I have just extract gvd-1.2.5 to C:\gvd-1.2.5\, then run bin\gvd, but it complain:
Cannot create config directory %USERPROFILE%\.gvd Exiting...
I have checked %USERPROFILE% is existed.
Have you heard of this problem before?
Any solution to this?
