[gvd-devel] Downloading CVS sources

Hi,
I am trying to download the CVS source tree. I can log on Ok but when I try
to download the sources with
cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@libre.act-europe.fr:/anoncvs co gvd
I get the following error messages:
cvs server: cannot open /root/.cvsignore: Permission denied
cvs [server aborted]: can't chdir(/root): Permission denied

I managed to download the sources OK a couple of weeks ago. Am I doing
something wrong or is there a configuration problem with the server?
