this documentation file saved to CD is incomplete without
all those subfiles like main-window.gif etc.

Now it would be a burden to find out all necessary subfiles
from the page source of gvd.html.
What do you recommend to do as the best way to have a copy 
of full docu plus some binary installfiles(unix, windows)?
