compile source with gnatmake -g testthread

invoke gvd with gvd testthread.exe

click Data/Threads

an error box pops up, declaring I have found a bug in GVD. I cannot see
any thread info, so perhaps this is the bug (CONSTRAINT_ERROR;
debugger-gdb-ada.adb:871)
