[gtkada] Support for Glade, the Gtk GUI builder

Hello,

The documentation at

still mentions Glade-3 (the gtk+ 2 based version, currently 3.8.5) but I have found that current GtkAda also works with the gtk+ 3 based Glade (tried out 3.18.3.)
