[gtkada] [ANN] TP7 emulation V3.0 with GTK-Ada.

Hello Dmitry,

I built GTK+ 3.4 from scratch with more than 20 components which are almost all different from those for GTK+ 2.24.
I had many issues and get lost by gobject-introspection which provoke many errors.
By the way I’m not sure if gobject-introspection is mandatory to get GTKAda 3 functional.
More over on MacOS you have to manage the cohabitation with gcc from Apple and gcc from GNAT to build GTK+ components.
So when I got something not so bad I stopped and I published it.
But I havent’t carefully record all steps to reach it.
Thus before starting again with all the building process for GTK+ 3.8 I want to clarify it.

If anybody have feedback of GTKAda 3.4 on MacOS or other environment, send it on the list.
It will be fully appreciated before going on 3.8.
