[gtkada] update of bindings page

Hello, 

the GTK bindings page (http://www.gtk.org/language-bindings.php) lists
Ada as supporting GTK up to 2.16, the rest is 'partially supported'
only, but I see that GtkAda page says there is GtkAda 2.18.0, there is
2.22 package in ports (FreeBSD), while the repo says 2.24.2.

Do you consider that GtkAda binding qualify to bump supported version
on the above-mentioned page?
