[gtkada] Patch: Put the Gnome files in a subdirectory.

If gtkada.gpr and gtkada_gnome.gpr are both imported, then Gnatmake and 
GPRbuild complain that a lot of files "belong to several projects". It seems 
the Gnome binding source files need to be in a subdirectory, like the OpenGL 
ones are – unless I have misunderstood things and one should never import both 
of these project files for some reason.

* src/gnome/Makefile.in, projects/Makefile (INC_SUBDIR, subdir): Put the Gnome 
binding source files in a subdirectory to avoid a conflict between project files.
