[gtkada] Patch: Delete obsolete manpage and references

Patch partially applied, I have kept the reference to glade(1) which is a tool that still exists I believe (from the gtk+ developers)

I was able to do that successfully. I did three backups first, three reboots just in case, checked on google, and that the file was gone. Amazing :-)
