[gtkada] Problems with text only combo box

Hello,

Solved the problem using a dedicated Gtk_List_Store with a 
Gtk_Combo_Box. It was my own oversight: need to have a renderer as well! 
Overlooked  that umpteen times in the testgtk combo box example.
