[gtkada] Problem with Gtk_Dial widget in Windows

Hello:

I have written a program that uses the Gtk_Dial widget that comes with 
Gtkada in prefix\share\examples\gtkada\tutorial\gtkdial.

The program works fine in Linux. However, when I run it in Windows the 
dial shows up but does not react correctly when changed with the mouse. 
It does change a bit at some mouse clicks, but I cannot drag it.

This happens also with the dial_test.adb test program that comes with 
GtkAda.

Any suggestion on what might be happening?
